  4. 1/3 cup Nono/Yoghurt (fermented milk)

  1. Soak the rice for 12-24hours
  2. Wash the rice properly after 12-24hours and put it into a bowl
  3. Add the cooked rice
  4. Add the ⅓cup of nono/yoghurt
  5. Add the chopped onions
  6. Mix all together in a bowl and add it to a blender. Blend till smooth
  7. Allow to rise for 1hour 30mins
  8. Grease your Masa pan (tandar waina) with oil and add the Masa batter
  9. Cook the first side till golden brown & then turn to the other side and cook till golden brown too.
