Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani

  1. Take a pan add oil heat add onion stir fry lightly golden brown add cumin seeds black pepper clove cinnamon stick black cardamom green cardamom bay leaf stir add chicken and stir cook and add tomato ginger garlic paste
  2. Now stir fry to cook and add salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder stir add curd and add lemon juice coriander mint leaves stir cook well and flame off
  3. Take a pan add water and salt 1 tsp oil lemon juice mint leaves bayleaf cook and add rice 80% boil and strain water
  4. Take a pan add rice and chicken masala 1 by 1 lyar and sprinkle casar and casar color rose water kewra brown onion coriander leaves milk and lemon juice and 3 tbs oil and cover keep in full flame 10 minutes and slow flame 20minutes minutes flame off
  5. Now transfer into serving plate and serve with boondi onion raita
