- In pressure cooker add mutton and all ingredients along with water and cover it until mutton cooks 98%.
- In a pan add some oil and onion fry it until golden brown add ginger garlic paste fry for one minute add tomatoes mix well add all spices along with yogurt and cook it until oil separates,then add cooked mutton to it mix well,add 4 glass of water boil it then add rice to it....when water becomes dry add some fresh green coriander and mint leaves and green chillies and cover it for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
