- Pan main oil garam kar k khary Masaly 30 second sauté karein add onion fry golden coulour any tak add ginger garlic paste
- Add mutton 2 sy 3 mint bhon add picy Huey dry spieces
- Add powder spieces mix kar k tomato green chili add kar k tomato soft hony per tomato mash kerty hiey 1mint cook karein
- Add 1 cup water cover low flam per 30 to 35 mint cook karein after 35 mint dry water bhon lein
- Patsto yogurt soak alo bukhary add kar k mix kar k 15 mint cover low flam per cook karein
- After 15 mints kewera essence add kar lein flam of kar dein now biryani korma ready
- Pan main pani dal kar rice k ilawa all boiling ingredients dal kar boil any per rice wash kar k add karein jub rice 90 to 95 % cook ho jaein flam kar k pani drain kar lein
- Pan main half boil rice add kar k food clour water msin mix kar k half rice per spread karein biryani korma half spread kar k isi trha second layer laga kar simmer per 10 mint rakh dein
