In the same pan two spoon of any oil and one spoon of ghee then add above-mentioned whole spices then onion, ginger, garlic,mint coriander sauté it well, then tomatoes mix well and cookit well then add the 300 ml wate (if the rice is two cups, then the water should be three cups not 4) let the water boil then add soaked rice let it cook for low flame in 10 mints then add soaked saffron water for light yellow colour, then keep prawns above spread coriander leaves, close it for few mints
