Steps to make to make Chicken BBQ rice

  1. Bowl m dahi,tandoori masala,soy sauce,adrak lihsan chopped, Kali mirch,namak, lemon juice, dal ke mix kar le or chicken us mixture m rakh ke merinate kar dene ke liye rakh de
  2. Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry kar Lein.
    Marinated chicken dal kar ache tarha mix karein aur 4-5 minutes ke liye paka Lein.
    Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes ke liye paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
    2 minutes ke liye koyla ka dhuwan dein.
  3. Karahi mein cooking oil aur leshan dal kar ache tarha mix karein.
    Adrak dal kar mix kar lein.
    Bund gobhi,gajar,shimla mirch,soy sauce,namak aur lal mirch crushed dal kar ache tarha Adrak dal kar mix kar lein.Or 2 minutes ke liye stir fry kar lein.
    Hara pyaz dal kar ache tarha mix karein & side per rakh dein.
  4. Bowl mein mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,namak,hot sauce aur Kali mirch crushed dal kar ache tarah mix kar le
  5. Saucepan mein cooking oil aur leshan dal kar ache tarha mix karein.
    Lal mirch crushed dal kar mix karein aur 1-2 minutes ke liye fry kar lein & side per rakh dein.
  6. Serving dish mein boiled chawal,lal mirch+leshan ka tadka,cooked vegetables,cooked tandoori chicken aur tayyar sauce dizzle kar ke serve karein.❣️
