- Heat ghee n oil in a cooker add All khadamasala cumin seeds chopped green chilli n chopped garlic. Saute till garlic turn into red colour add onion n saute add salt n turmeric powder mix properly. Now add methi leaves corn n garam masala to saute for a min.Add1/2cup water to mix all masala. N add soaked rice with water. Total 2cup water. Bring one boil cover the lid n pressure cook make 2-3whistle. Turn off flame. Remove air n open immediately. Take out bay leaf n cinemon stick.
