  26. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
  27. 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  28. 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  29. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  30. 1 lemon juice
  31. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  32. 1/2 cup yoghurt
  33. 2 tablespoons ghee
  34. 1/2 teaspoon strands of saffron
  35. 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Steps to make to make Vegetarian Navratan pulao

  1. Firstly wash and soak rice in water with hard spices set aside until then add ghee & oil in another wok add nuts sauté for a minute and remove it in same ghee add chopped onions hard spices sauté until golden brown
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste,bullet green chilli chopped schezwan chutney mix it then add the veggies salt,black pepper powder,Garam masala powder,yoghurt mix it well and cover the lid for 5 minutes once the ghee separates a layer add in lemon juice coriander leaves.
  3. Further cook the rice until it’s 70-80% cooked strain then starch & add 1/2 layer of rice in the wok and add all the prepared gravy with some fried nuts then add the rest of the rice layer it and garnish with nuts,coriander leaves,strands of saffron cover it and steam for more 3-5 minutes.
  4. While serving mix it well and serve the delicious meal with salad,raita …!
