  1. Soak rice, urad dal and methi seed seperately for 5 Hours, then grind seperately using water then mix batter and keep fermented for overnight. Our dosa batter is ready.Here we'l keep ready walnuts by chopping walnuts with chopper.

  3. Grind till smooth paste occur,if need add lil water. Walnut chutney is ready.

  6. Add red chilli powder and salt and cook till mix well.

  9. Heat nonstick tawa,brush with oil,when heated sprinkle with water and rub with a cloth, pour 2 big spoons of batter and spread with spoon.
  10. When it start cook completely from one side, Apply walnut chutney evenly.
