- Prepare big size round tikki from it. I used round mould.
- Apply cornflour over it and shallow fry both sides with oil until golden brown. Do gently or it may break.
- Apply hungcurd in the shape of logo. (I have used paint brush). Then do it's border with date tamarind chutney. (I prepared cone for this)
