  1. For farali dhokla flour   In a mixture jar, add sama rice and sabudana and grind into a coarse powder.
    Store into airtight container
  2. For Dhokla Soak dhokla flour with curd for 30 minutes.
  3. Now add little water and make dhokla batter consistency.
    Then add ginger - green chili paste, and rock salt. Add 1 tsp eno and mix it into one direction.
  4. Pour batter into grease mold and sprinkle black pepper powder or methiya masala powder on it.
    steam dhokla for 20 minutes on medium flame.
