  18. 4 pieces Surmai
  19. 400 grm prawns
  20. 500 grm rice
  21. 1 cup coriander leaves
  22. 5-6 green chillies
  23. 7-8 cloves garlic
  24. 1 tsp jeera
  25. 2-3 tbsp besan /gram flour
  26. 1 capsicum,
  27. 1 tomato
  28. 1 potato
  29. as needed Salt & colour 1/4 tsp ajwain & 1 tbsp rice flour
  30. 1 pomfret cut into 3 pieces
  31. 1 lemon, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1tsp tandoori masala
  32. 1/4 tsp haldi & salt as per taste, 1 tbsp rice flour
  33. Prawns Yakhni: 400 gms prawns, 500 gms rice
  34. Green Masala
  35. 1 inch ginger
  36. 2 onion

Instructions to make to make Seafood Platter

  1. Prawns fry
    In a bowl take egg, maida, cornflour, salt, tandoori masala, tandoori colour, red chilli powder, vinegar. Mix all well. Marinate prawns for an hour & fry.
  2. Surmai Fry
    Mix besan, curd, ajwain, red chilli powder, salt, tandoori masala, tandoori colour, lemon juice. Marinate for 5-6 hrs. Before frying add little rice atta & fry.
  3. Pomfret fry
    Mix lemon juice with salt, red chilli powder, haldi, tandoori masala. Rub this masala & leave for half an hour. Sprinkle rice flour & fry in little oil
  4. Grind coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic & jeera into paste.
  5. Heat oil add jeera, add onion slices & saute. Add prawns & cook for a minute.
  6. Add tomatoes & grinded green masala. Cook for few minutes.
  7. Add soaked rice & capsicum. Salt & garam masala. Add water bring to boil.
  8. Cook on high heat fr sometime. Cover with a tight lid & cook on slow heat fr 10 minutes.
