- Put it in oil for frying. Fry them golden. Take out from the oil after frying.
- Now for the coconut chutney, put the coconut slices in a blender. Add salt and Gur to taste. Add 2 tsp Curd. Make paste.
- Take it out in a bowl.
- Take mustard oil in a bowl/ladle. Temper the oil with 1 tsp mustard seed and dry red Chilli. As seeds splatter, pour it over the chutney. Coconut Chutney is ready.
