- In a pan heat 2 tsp 0il add garam masla and rice and 3-4 p0rti0n extra water. And salt. C00k rice 80% rem0ve water using strainer.. and sprinkle 0il 0n rice and c0l0ur and keep aside
- Deep fry all veggies. ie. 0ni0n beans fl0ur. Carr0t etc
- In a pan add 4 tsp 0il and half butter and add ginger garlic paste saute f0r min
- Add all deep fryed veggies +biryani masla+ mint c0rriender+salt. Curd. All dry masla p0wder. And stir well
- In a pan add ab0ve vegetable masala and 0n t0p add rice.. and 0n t0p 0f rice add left butter cubes and keep cl0se the lid t0 give dum
- Put the pan 0n griddel 0n medium flame
- At the time 0f serving add Barista 0n t0p 0f it and garnish with c0rriender
