- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp Biryani Masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Chopped mint leaves
- Pinch saffron
- 2-3 tbsp milk
Instructions to make to make Paneer Pulao
- In a bowl mix hung Curd,turmeric powder,chilli powder Biryani Masala,ginger garlic paste and little salt.
- Add Paneer pieces in the Curd mixture and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
- Heat Cooker and add oil in it.Saute Onions,Capsicum till golden brown. Remove when golden fried.
- In the same cooker Add bayleaf,staranise,pepper, cloves and Cardamom.
- Add the marinated Paneer, Soaked Rice.
- Create gap and add water enough to cook the rice.
- Sprinkle Saffron milk,Biryani Masala,Mint leaves and Salt.
- Close the Cooker lid till 3 whistles.Off the gas.
- Serve Piping hot Pulav.Sprinkle chopped Coriander leaves.Serve with Raita or Salad
