- Take one Pan and roast the sesame seeds for five minutes.
- Now take one bowl add it gram four, water and mix it well to form a lump free batter.
- Now add rice four, curd, and all ingredients.
- Again mix it well. Add spinach, two spoons oil in it.
- Take steamer, add water and put it on the gas for ten minutes.
- Now take a plate or bowl and grease it with oil.Pour the paste of wadi.
- Cook it for ten minutes on the medium flame.
- Check it by knife. If knife is clean then wadi is ready.
- Now take a small pan and add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Switch off the gas.
- Now pour it on the wadi. And cut it any shape as you like.
- I made it by shalow fry.
- You do also deep fry this wadi.
- Serve hot it with green chutney or ketchup.
