  24. 1 tsp kewra
  25. 2-3 pinch orange colour
  26. 1 cup oil
  27. 1 cup milk

Steps to make to make Veg biryani

  1. Take 3 glass water and boil with 1bay leaf, fennel and coriander seeds. Boil till remaining 2 glass.strained the water and keep inside.
  2. Heat the oil and fry onion till golden brown. Take out half onion for garnishing.be carefull Don't burn the onion.
  3. Add bay leaf and add all garam masala clove etc. Add all veggies also green chilli fry 1 mint add ginger garlic paste curd and salt mix well now add boil water and milk
  4. When boil the mixture add rice and cook 10 min remaining little water put the lid and keep the heat low and cook the Biryani in sum 15-20 min. Off the flame.
  5. After that sprinkle the Kewra and colour leave the Biryani 5 min
  6. Now veg Biryani is ready garnish with fry onion and paneer
