- 2-3 pinch orange colour
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
Steps to make to make Veg biryani
- Take 3 glass water and boil with 1bay leaf, fennel and coriander seeds. Boil till remaining 2 glass.strained the water and keep inside.
- Heat the oil and fry onion till golden brown. Take out half onion for garnishing.be carefull Don't burn the onion.
- Add bay leaf and add all garam masala clove etc. Add all veggies also green chilli fry 1 mint add ginger garlic paste curd and salt mix well now add boil water and milk
- When boil the mixture add rice and cook 10 min remaining little water put the lid and keep the heat low and cook the Biryani in sum 15-20 min. Off the flame.
- After that sprinkle the Kewra and colour leave the Biryani 5 min
- Now veg Biryani is ready garnish with fry onion and paneer
