- For Chole- Heat a oil in cooker then add onion paste cook for a while,then add cinnamon stick,black cardomon,cloves saute it well
- Add tomato puree and all required masalas cook it until the oil turn aside,add roasted dried kasuri methi
- After that add chole and tea water,1/4tsp baking soda and salt as per taste close the lid
- When 6-7whistle came turn off the gas....chole is ready
- For tadka add 1tsp butter,green chilli,hing and slicely ginger pour it into the chole
- For Bhature- In a paraat add 3cups of wheat flour and make a well in the centre add,3tsp suji curd,salt,sugar and baking soda mix it well
- Combined the dough alltogether and knead with lukewarm water and at last add oil again knead the dough and rest for 3hrs
- After that roll with rolling pin make a thick chapati....
